- Screen Content: Read text and UI elements from the Amazon Flex app for automation purposes
Important: We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal data accessed through Accessibility Services. This data is processed locally on your device only.

Account Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your Flexo account and all associated personal data. When you request account deletion:
How to Request Account Deletion
- Email us: Send an email to hello@flexotap.app
- Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include: Your registered email address and phone number for verification
- Confirmation: Explicitly confirm that you want to delete your account and all data
What Gets Deleted
- Personal Information: Email address, phone number, profile data
- Account Data: Login credentials, subscription information, user preferences
- Usage Data: App activity logs, session data, analytics tied to your account
- Device Information: Device identifiers and stored device preferences
What We Keep (Legal Requirements)
- Transaction Records: Payment history for tax and legal compliance (anonymized after 7 years)
- Security Logs: Anonymized logs for fraud prevention (deleted after 2 years)
- Aggregated Analytics: Anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you
Deletion Timeline
- Immediate: Account access is disabled within 24 hours
- 30 Days: All personal data is permanently deleted from our systems
- 90 Days: All data is removed from backups and cached systems
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all subscription benefits, app data, and will need to create a new account if you wish to use Flexo again.
